이용약관
1. 서비스
ThreadVerse(이하 "서비스")는 주식회사 클루비온(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Threads 커뮤니티 분석 도구입니다. 이용자는 Threads 계정으로 로그인해 자신의 글을 분석받고, 관심사가 비슷한 사람들과 함께 관심사 지도에 들어갑니다.
2. 계정과 권한
서비스는 Meta의 Threads 로그인을 사용합니다. 이용자는 로그인 시 동의한 범위(기본 프로필과 내 글, 공개 프로필 조회) 안에서만 서비스를 이용하며, 언제든 Threads 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자의 의무
- 서비스로 얻은 정보를 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 차별·감시하는 데 사용하지 않습니다.
- Threads 및 Meta의 이용약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수합니다.
- 서비스를 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 호출하거나 정상적인 운영을 방해하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터
서비스는 Meta가 제공하는 공식 Threads API로, 이용자가 로그인에서 허락한 범위의 정보만 받습니다. 글 원문은 분석에만 쓰고 보관하지 않으며, 분석 결과(관심 토픽, 요약, 통계)만 저장합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 관심사 지도
- 관심사 지도는 Threads로 로그인한 이용자들의 최근 글을 AI로 분석해, 관심사가 비슷한 사람끼리 테마 은하로 모아 보여 주는 기능입니다. 지도는 로그인한 이용자만 볼 수 있습니다.
- 이용자가 "내 별 생성하기"에서 동의하면, 자신의 최근 글이 분석되고 그 결과(공개 닉네임, @아이디, 팔로워 수, AI가 새로 쓴 관심 토픽·요약, 비슷한 사람, 트렌드 기여 순위)가 로그인한 다른 이용자에게 지도로 보입니다. 로그인만으로는 지도에 들어가지 않습니다. 지도에서 빠지고 싶으면 Threads 설정에서 권한을 지우거나 회사에 요청하면 됩니다.
- 원문을 옮기지 않고 새로 씁니다. 글 원문은 보여 주지 않고, 여러 글을 AI로 요약·분류해 새로 쓴 토픽 제목과 한 줄 설명만 보여 줍니다.
- 단순 사실과 통계 숫자만 씁니다. 쓴 사람 수, 글 수, 좋아요 수 같은 사실 정보만 표시합니다.
- 프로필 사진을 쓰지 않습니다. 사람은 별 모양 아이콘과 공개된 닉네임, @아이디로만 표시합니다.
- 긍정적인 맥락으로만 소개합니다. 특정인을 부정적으로 평가하거나 민감한 사생활을 분류하지 않고, "이 트렌드를 이끄는 사람"처럼 소개하는 형태로만 보여 줍니다.
- 분석 결과는 AI가 추정한 것이라 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 특정인을 평가하거나 차별·감시하는 근거로 쓰지 않아야 합니다.
6. 서비스의 변경과 중단
회사는 Threads API 정책 변경, 기술적 사유 등으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 책임의 한계
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 Threads API가 제공하는 정보의 정확성이나 서비스의 무중단을 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
1. The Service
ThreadVerse (the "Service") is a Threads community analytics tool provided by Cluvion Inc. Users log in with Threads to have their posts analyzed and join an interest map with people who share similar interests.
2. Account and permissions
The Service uses Threads login by Meta. You use the Service only within the permissions you grant (basic profile and your posts, public profile discovery) and may revoke them at any time in Threads settings.
3. Your responsibilities
Do not use information obtained through the Service to harass, discriminate against, or surveil anyone. Comply with Meta's and Threads' terms and community guidelines. Do not overload or disrupt the Service.
4. Data
The Service receives information only through Meta's official Threads API, within the permissions you grant at login. Original posts are used only for analysis and are not kept; we store only analysis results (interest topics, summaries, statistics). See our Privacy Policy.
5. Interest map
The interest map uses AI to analyze recent posts of users who log in with Threads and groups people with similar interests into theme galaxies. Only logged-in users can see it. When you agree in "Create my star", your recent posts are analyzed and the results (public nickname, @username, follower count, AI-written interest topics and summary, similar people, and trend contribution rankings) are shown on the map to other logged-in users. Logging in alone does not add you to the map. To leave the map, remove ThreadVerse in Threads settings or contact us. We never show original posts and instead write new topic titles and one-line descriptions; we show only plain facts and statistics; we never use profile photos; and we present people only in a positive context. Results are AI estimates and may be inaccurate; do not use them to evaluate, discriminate against, or surveil anyone.
6. Changes and limitation of liability
We may change or discontinue the Service, including due to changes in the Threads API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
