개인정보처리방침
주식회사 클루비온(이하 "회사")는 ThreadVerse 서비스(https://threadverse.cluvion.co, 이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
서비스는 Meta가 제공하는 공식 Threads API로, 이용자가 Threads 로그인에서 직접 허락한 범위의 정보만 받습니다. 로그인하지 않은 사람의 글을 따로 모으지 않으며, 비공개 정보와 DM에는 접근하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

서비스는 Threads에 글을 게시하거나 수정·삭제하지 않습니다.
2. 관심사 지도
관심사 지도는 Threads로 로그인한 뒤 "내 별 생성하기"를 누른 이용자들의 최근 글을 AI로 분석해, 관심사가 비슷한 사람끼리 테마 은하로 모아 보여 주는 기능입니다. 로그인만으로는 지도에 들어가지 않습니다. "내 별 생성하기"를 누를 때 무엇이 공개되는지 알리고 동의를 받으며, 그 뒤 "내 별 갱신하기"를 누르거나 하루에 한 번 자동으로 다시 분석합니다. 초대를 받고 들어온 사람도 직접 로그인해 내 별을 만들어야 지도에 들어갑니다.

분석 원칙
- 원문을 옮기지 않고 새로 씁니다. 여러 글을 AI로 요약·분류해, 예를 들어 글 17개를 "고객 중심 실전 브랜딩" 같은 토픽 제목과 한 줄 설명으로 새로 써서 보여 줍니다.
- 단순 사실과 통계 숫자만 씁니다. 쓴 사람 수, 글 수, 좋아요 수처럼 사실 정보만 표시합니다.
- 프로필 사진을 쓰지 않습니다. 사람은 별 모양 아이콘과 닉네임, @아이디로만 표시합니다.
- 긍정적인 맥락으로만 소개합니다. 특정인을 부정적으로 평가하지 않고, "이 트렌드를 이끄는 사람", "관심사가 비슷한 사람"처럼 소개하는 형태로만 보여 줍니다. 정치·사회 비판처럼 민감한 주제는 트렌드에서 뺍니다.
- 자동 분석의 결과일 뿐입니다. 분석 결과는 AI의 추정이며, 이용자의 권리나 의무에 영향을 주는 결정에 쓰지 않습니다. 지도에서 빠지고 싶으면 언제든 7장의 방법으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 보관 기간과 저장 위치
- 분석 결과(관심 토픽, 요약, 통계, 지도 위치): 회사가 관리하는 저장소(Cloudflare)에 보관하며, 이용자가 권한을 지우거나 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 지웁니다. 마지막 로그인 후 1년이 지나면 지웁니다.
- 글 원문: 분석에만 쓰고, 분석이 끝나면 보관하지 않습니다.
- 액세스 토큰: 분석을 정기적으로 갱신하기 위해 암호화해 저장소에 보관합니다. 권한을 지우거나 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 지우고, Meta가 정한 만료 기간(최대 60일, 이용 중에는 연장)이 지나면 쓸 수 없게 됩니다. 로그인 상태 유지를 위해 암호화된 쿠키로 이용자 브라우저에도 저장되며, 로그아웃하면 지워집니다.
- 가입자 수: 처음 로그인할 때 Threads 사용자 ID를 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 값과 첫 로그인 시각만 저장합니다.

Threads 로그인과 조회는 Meta Platforms, Inc.의 공식 연동 방식을 쓰며, Meta의 플랫폼 약관과 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 제3자 제공과 공공기관 요청
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 화면에는 광고가 표시될 수 있으나, 이 경우에도 이용자의 개인정보를 광고주에게 넘기지 않습니다.
공공기관으로부터 이용자 정보 제공 요청을 받으면 법적 근거와 적법성을 검토하고, 적법하지 않은 요청에는 이의를 제기하며, 필요한 경우 최소한의 정보만 제공합니다. 모든 요청은 요청 내용, 법적 근거, 대응 내역, 관련자를 기록해 보관합니다.
6. 정보의 파기
보관 기간이 지나거나 이용자가 권한을 지우거나 삭제를 요청하면, 분석 결과와 토큰을 지체 없이 지웁니다. Threads 설정에서 권한을 지우면 Meta가 회사에 알려 주며, 회사는 그 알림을 받아 자동으로 지웁니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 언제든 로그아웃하여 브라우저에 저장된 로그인 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.
- Threads 앱 또는 웹의 설정 → 계정 → 웹사이트 권한에서 ThreadVerse의 권한을 지우면, 관심사 지도에서도 빠지고 분석 결과와 토큰이 지워집니다.
- 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지, 관심사 지도에서 빠지기를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 액세스 토큰은 AES-GCM으로 암호화해 보관하며, 브라우저 쿠키는 HttpOnly·Secure로 스크립트에서 읽을 수 없습니다. 앱 시크릿 등 비밀값은 소스 코드와 분리해 보관합니다. 관심사 지도는 로그인을 확인한 뒤에만 보여 줍니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
Cluvion Inc. ("we") operates ThreadVerse (https://threadverse.cluvion.co, the "Service"). This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.
The Service receives information only through Meta's official Threads API, and only within the permissions you grant when you log in with Threads. We do not separately collect posts of people who have not logged in, and we never access non-public information or direct messages.
1. Information we process and why
- Your basic Threads profile (user ID, username, name, profile picture, bio) via
threads_basic, to show your logged-in state and your star's name on the interest map. - Your recent Threads posts (text and time, up to 25) via
threads_basic, to create interest topics and a summary when you press "Create my star" or "Update my star". - Your follower count via
threads_profile_discovery, to show your star's tier on the interest map. - Public profiles and recent public posts of accounts you look up via
threads_profile_discovery, to display the results (not stored). - Your Threads access token, to make these requests on your behalf and to refresh your analysis regularly.
The Service never publishes, edits, or deletes content on Threads.
2. Interest map
The interest map uses AI to analyze recent posts of users who log in with Threads and press "Create my star", and groups people with similar interests into theme galaxies. Logging in alone does not add you to the map. When you press "Create my star" we tell you what becomes visible and ask for your consent; after that, your star is re-analyzed when you press "Update my star" and automatically once a day. People who join through an invite are added only after they log in and create their own star.
- Visible to other logged-in users: your public nickname, @username, follower count and star tier, AI-written interest topics and a one-line summary, people with similar interests, and trend contribution rankings (post and like counts).
- Never shown: original post text, profile photos, reply text.
- Never inferred: sensitive information such as religion, political views, health, or sexual orientation.
- Principles: we write topics anew instead of copying posts; we show only plain facts and statistics; we do not use profile photos; we present people only in a positive context and leave sensitive topics such as political or social criticism out of trends; results are AI estimates and are never used for decisions that affect your rights. You can ask to be removed from the map at any time (section 7).
3. Storage and retention
- Analysis results (topics, summaries, statistics, map position) are kept in company-managed storage (Cloudflare) and deleted promptly when you remove the permission or request deletion, or one year after your last login.
- Original posts are used only for analysis and are not kept afterwards.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted so we can refresh your analysis, deleted immediately when you remove the permission or request deletion, and stop working when they expire under Meta's rules (up to 60 days, extended while you use the Service). An encrypted cookie in your browser keeps you logged in and is deleted when you log out.
- Member count: we store only an irreversibly transformed value of your Threads user ID and the time of your first login.
4. Processors and transfers abroad
Google LLC (USA) analyzes post text and bios via the Gemini API. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts the website and stores analysis results, encrypted tokens, and member-count values. All transfers use encrypted connections. Threads login and requests use Meta Platforms, Inc.'s official integration, subject to Meta's Platform Terms.
5. Sharing and requests from public authorities
We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. The Service may display ads, but we never pass your personal information to advertisers. When a public authority requests user data, we review its legal basis, challenge unlawful requests, disclose only the minimum necessary, and document every request.
6. Deletion
When the retention period ends, or when you remove the permission or request deletion, we promptly delete your analysis results and tokens. If you remove ThreadVerse in Threads settings, Meta notifies us and we delete them automatically.
7. Your choices
You can log out at any time, remove ThreadVerse under Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions (this also removes you from the interest map), or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or removal from the map.
8. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM; browser cookies are HttpOnly and Secure. App secrets are stored separately from source code. The interest map is shown only after login is verified.
